Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using TwinsDo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GEDS AI PLATFORM LLC.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account and use TwinsDo. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18, in compliance with COPPA and other child protection regulations.

3. Description of Service

TwinsDo is an educational technology platform that uses artificial intelligence to create personalized learning experiences through digital twin avatars and voice cloning. The platform enables users to upload photographs, record or upload voice samples, and generate AI-powered learning videos featuring their digital likeness. TwinsDo is designed exclusively for educational and personal development purposes. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic tool.

4. User Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TwinsDo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

• Use the platform to create content that impersonates another person without their explicit written consent.
• Create misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or deceptive content using your avatar or voice clone.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our technology or AI systems.
• Use the platform to generate content that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow unauthorized access to your account.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without our written permission.
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content and Transparency

All content generated through TwinsDo, including avatars, voice clones, and learning videos, is produced using artificial intelligence. In compliance with the EU AI Act and applicable transparency laws, all AI-generated content is clearly identified as such. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be perfect and may contain minor imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use or distribution.

7. Biometric Data Consent

By using TwinsDo's avatar creation and voice cloning features, you provide your explicit, informed consent to the collection and processing of your biometric data (facial geometry and voiceprints) as described in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your avatars, voice clones, or your entire account through the Profile & Settings page.

8. Intellectual Property

TwinsDo's self-referential learning method is patent-pending (Publication No. US-2025-0285551-A1). The platform, its underlying technology, branding, and all associated intellectual property are owned by GEDS AI PLATFORM LLC. You retain ownership of the original content (scripts, educational materials) you create using our platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

9. Payment Terms

Video generation is charged on a pay-per-video basis. Prices are displayed before each generation. Pioneer users (first 10,000 registrants) receive a waiver of the one-time subscription fee ($9.99). All payments are processed securely through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 compliant). Payments are non-refundable once video generation has been initiated, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.

10. Video Availability and Download Policy

Generated videos are available for download for a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours after creation. After this period, videos are permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered. It is your responsibility to download your videos within this timeframe. We recommend downloading videos immediately upon completion. This policy applies to all users without exception.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile & Settings page in your dashboard. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, including avatars, voice clones, and generated videos, will be permanently erased within thirty (30) days. Some data may be retained longer only where required by applicable law (e.g., financial records for tax compliance). Account deletion is irreversible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TwinsDo and GEDS AI PLATFORM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Disclaimer

TwinsDo is an educational and personal development platform. It is not a medical or therapeutic tool. The method and videos generated do not constitute therapy, medical treatment, or diagnosis of any health condition. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEDS AI PLATFORM LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of TwinsDo after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and delete your account.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
